We provide luxurious retreats where people can relax and take time out to restore their wellbeing. Everything is catered for so you don’t have to worry about the details, we got that covered.

Our seasonal wellbeing retreats are for 3 days 2 nights and focus on the following:

-        Relaxation and rejuvenation

-        Learning more about wellbeing and how to best care for yourself

-        Connection to self, others and the season

-        Yoga and meditation

A typical daily schedule example includes the following:

7:00 – Yoga

9:00 – breakfast

10.30 – workshop / activity / experience

12.30 – lunch

14:00 – workshop / activity / experience

15:00 – afternoon tea

16.30 – workshop / activity / experience

19:00 – Dinner

20:00 – Meditation
